The home is super-insulated (SIP’s) w/ passive solar design, picture windows facing south & east, & heated by a Hearthstone soapstone wood burning stove located in the foyer at the center of the house with a beautiful hearth area between the living room & dining room. Morgan glass doors sequester the living room from the rest of the house, & a French door in the living room opens out onto the wrap-around porch. Propane back-up heat is located in the basement with a Rinnai thermostatically controlled heater.
